Another must try dish is its Ikan Berdiri Kerapu. We always have the usual ‘sleeping’ fish on the plate when served in other eateries so why not having it ‘standing’ this time around? This Deep Fried Standing Fish is simply marvelous as it stands mightily on a bed of salted egg yolk sauce. It looks like the usual salted egg yolk crab dish but Anggrek Kuring had it with fish and made it affordable and accessible to diners.
