Butter Milk PrawnFresh prawns are prepare and season before throwing into the hot frying pan for a short while just to ensure that it is not raw, and then butter and milk is added for a quick stir fried with curry leaves to bring out the aroma of the dish. Sadly to say that this dish disappoint me most as there's no presence of butter milk taste. The gravy is somehow lightly flavoured and it tasted very plain, not forgetting that the gravy is quite watery too. I wonder where did the awesome butt
