It was Charity Dinner organized by a temple, to support the event, my mother has booked a table for 10 just our family member therefore we can enjoy to the fullest. It was beautiful night, the restaurant was packed and filled with peoples. Yes, the entire second floor was booked and only us.Talking about Chinese dinner, it will be definitely 10 course meals. 别珍鱼唇羹, thick soup with various types of vegetables and fish inside.
白切玉兰鸡, simple steamed chicken with special housemade sauce, ginger and chili sauce.
古法蒸鱼班, this is garoupa fish fillet steam with special housemade sauce. I like this dish, sweet and fresh.
脆皮明虾, Deep fried prawn with seasoning.
三豆筋兰花, this is vegetarian dish, thick sauce with braised mushroom.
腊味扣饭, this is the best dish among the all. It was really yummy and filled with waxed meat aroma.
美点双辉, come with 2 sweet dessert- Kaya Bao and Corn mocha. Bao is good, soft and served hot.
红豆沙汤圆, Red bean soup with mini glutinous rice ball.
