Hokkaido Ichiba, located in a strategic spot of The Gardens. Good ambience and spacious restaurant. Smart plan on the seating arrangement. Despite they have a lot of dining tables and yet it was full each time when I was there. Further, there is 1 and only private room available to accommodate bigger group. There are seats at the open sushi counter as well. We have ordered grilled Hamachi (Yellow tail fish head). Delicious, fallen in love with it when I had it the first time. Sweet taste

We have ordered grilled Hamachi (Yellow tail fish head). Delicious, fallen in love with it when I had it the first time. Sweet taste and good grilled aroma. Yellow tail fish is also nice when have it raw.
