brothTo have a nice steamboat the most important thing is to choose the right broth. I like spicy so whenever i went for a steamboat tom yam would be one of my choice, but if you wan to take something plain i would suggest you to take the chicken soup.Taking this soup you would know whether most of the steamboat ingredient were fresh or not. especially seafood because the taste of the soup were plain you could taste the freshness of the food. Here as usual i ordered a tomyam and a chicken soup f
