One of my favorite place to visit during the weekend for tea break, actually everyday from three pm to six pm they will serve a variety of local dishes like fried mee, fried bihon, kuih- muih, pancakes and so on for tea break. Today i had ordered this fried mee + fried mee hon which is one of my favorite. remember to ask for some fried onion, and chili for topping. To cook a nice fried mee hon you must be able to ensure that it spend time enough soaking it, if not it will end up very hard when you cook it.

This dish were just nice to be eat with their sambal chili, the sambal actually not spicy just ngam for the mee

If i were to rate this i would give 8/10
