Alla Pescatore @ RM35.90This is the first time I try risotto in my life. Always curious about the taste and finally i got to have it. It looks much like a seafood porridge to me at first sight. It was served with octopus, big prawns, and mussels. The texture is something like half cook rice where the middle is still hard. But i enjoy biting it, quite fun though. It is flavourful cooking with the seafood, that brings some sweetness in it too.
