Recommended by my colleague to try this out. Stir-fried eggplant or brinjal we called it. Yes, all food selling in Po Ling Chinese Temple are vegetarian, you need not worry about it. This dish is something that needs skill to cook, brinjal is soft in nature and that the chef has to pre fry it before adding whatever seasoning. This dish seems oily but still ok. Slightly salty. Best to eat with rice.
