Food serves from Black Canyon is up to the standard even it offers a large range of cuisines.Grilled fish chop from BC restaurant is ordinary. Just average. It contains a small piece of grilled fish chop, not sure that is dory fish or what, homemade coeslaw, french fries, tar tar sauce, and a slice of lemon. The fish chop is crispy from the outside yet hot and juicy from the inside, fish meat is tender. Overall ok.
