I'm not really a fan of salmon but this particular dish has been reviewed by many others and they found it to be delicious. For those who didn't know, this set included salmon + coleslaw + miso soup + chawanmushi and a bowl of rice. Frankly speaking the salmon was as good as complimented by people who have eaten this, but this particular piece of salmon I had contained lots of tiny bones which annoyed me after a few bites because I had to keep spitting them out. Frankly speaking the salmon was as good as complimented by people who have eaten this, but this particular piece of salmon I had contained lots of tiny bones which annoyed me after a few bites because I had to keep spitting them out. The bones were quite soft but I wouldn't wanna gobble everything down just like that so I took my own sweet time in finishing the salmon itself.
Complimentary miso soup. Tasted just like any other miso soups out there but this one had more vegetables/tofu in it.
Believe it or not this chawanmushi was my favourite part of the set meal. Found shiitake mushrooms and kamaboko inside Neither too salty nor bland
