炸鸡块要炸到好吃，说难不难，说容易并不容易，但要炸到干爽的挺难的，这个吃起来果然是有一点油腻了。吃起来鸡肉的肉算是很软嫩。有做到外酥内软的感觉。鸡肉有点太咸了，但很下饭。
