Serai offers an excellent range of Malay, Thai, Western, Fusion and Desserts. Their signature dishes include Serai Platter, Steamed Fish with Lime Sauce, Middle Eastern Medley and Nasi Kerabu. I have ordered one of their signature drink, Serai Iced Tea (lemon sorbet, lemongrass extract and a hint of fresh mint). This drink is so refreshing after the heavy meal.
