It is restaurant that famous of its dai chao (大炒). What it is so special is it use charcoal to cook rather than gas stove. All the dai chao (mee hoon, mee, koay teow, yee mee) is fragant and nice. We have tried the hokkien mee. The hokkien mee is rich in flavor. The char koay teow is also quite nice, especially we order to add in fresh egg on it. The taste is really nice.
