This round, I ordered the 3JC (Lo Shi Fun), which was basically these "mouse tail" noodles in hot sweet soy sauce. Served with pork meat, it tasted good, with lots of peppery flavour. I did like this dish, as it wasn't too wet nor dry, just nice to slurp it down the throat for a good meal. My colleague ordered the pork porridge, which went well with Sam Kan Chong's special chilli sauce.
