ONE OF MY FAVOR DISH IN RAKUZEN!!!Let me tell you, I was a non raw food eater before this but when I had my virgin raw food experience in Rakuzen, I have started to take sashimi and even craving for sashimi ever since that day.I love how Rakuzen served us thick slices of sashimi. I love their salmon sashimi rice set. It came with one appetizer, fruits, steamed egg and main course which was rice with seven slices of THICK salmon sashimi.It was really fresh and nice to eat.
