Umma Son means 'mother's hand'. While preparing food, Korean use hand(fingers) more than tools to mix the ingredients before cooking. If you would like to have the good original taste, please tell them you want spicy.
'Gam Ja' means potato. But it is actually a pork bone spicy soup with not many potato.
