This is the first dish that were serve during our visit to shang palace at shangri la hotel.At first i thought that we will be going to have the whole duck as a dish, but not to i know we were only served the skin of the peking duck.The Peking duck were cut in thin pieces and served in a wrap with fresh greens, my high expectations were met.The duck was as perfectly cooked as it looked, straddling the thin line between dry and underdone. The crispness of the skin matched the crunch of the veggie
