Ginseng roots stewed chicken 蔘鬚燉雞湯 is also nice. The chicken is very soft and the soup is strong with ginseng flavor. The most important thing, it is not bitter. 蔘鬚燉雞湯燉的很入味, 雞肉的部分有燉到爛, 湯頭則加了人參鬚, 枸杞, 當歸, 茯苓等好幾樣藥材去熬煮, 味道不錯.
