Hubby and I were around Aman Suria last weekend, and decided to pop by to Restoran Sun Yin Loong to grab a quick bite. I saw the popiah stall waiter running around with a plate of seaweed popiah, and I was intrigued. I ordered a pair, and it came fairly quick. The outer layer skin is crunchy seaweed, very delectable. I saw the popiah stall waiter running around with a plate of seaweed popiah, and I was intrigued. I ordered a pair, and it came fairly quick. The outer layer skin is crunchy seaweed, very delectable. The next layer is the usual white dough popiah skin, fairly normal. The filling was aplenty, with julienned cucumbers, carrots and turnip, all of them fresh. There were also some chicken floss being put. Every bite was a combination of freshness. Definitely recommended.
