Apparently, normal chinese stall restaurant would have fried kuey teow in. This time i went to Restoran Choon Tien at kajang for my lunch. Char Kuey Teow i had asked the vendor to reduce the spiciness, but it is still spicy to eat. The way it serve are sticky to eat. Overall, if it could be completely reduce the spiciness, it would would be nice. The portion is big enough compare to many stall.
