Living in Bandar Utama, I tend to watch my movies at Tropicana City Mall, even though 1 Utama is closer by. Why? First and foremost, 1 Utama tends to be overloaded with people; and secondly (and probably most importantly), they would be less suspicious of me sneaking in a packet of Garrett's Chicago Mix.Garrett's beats cinema concessions any day of the week. First and foremost, 1 Utama tends to be overloaded with people; and secondly (and probably most importantly), they would be less suspicious of me sneaking in a packet of Garrett's Chicago Mix.Garrett's beats cinema concessions any day of the week. Every single large popped kernel is fully coated, with always none unpopped! My pick is a mixture of cheese (which tastes much like Cheesels) and caramel. The sweetness of the caramel is so rich and strong; it's almost too much for me if it isn't balanced with the saltiness of (artificial) cheese. The cheese popcorn itself isn't great - it's kinda flat and unexciting, but when eaten with the caramel popcorn, it's the perfect combination.
It's unfortunate that they don't sell smaller packets - we could hardly finish a packet between two of us!
