Homemade Beancurd with Angled Luffa Guard and ScallopThe beancurd was fantastically delicious, I love homemade soy product, I don't know why, but so far, I've never encounter not-tasty beancurd or tofu. Hehe.. Needless to say, the translucent-opaque gravy was mellow and gratifying.
