The buffet line selections are fresh which is really important for steamboat as these are the items that will bring more flavour to the soup.
Each table is given a dual steamboat soup bowl giving diners a chance to taste both clear and tom yam base soup and caters to different tastebuds. I find the tom yam soup really appetizing with the right level of spicyness and tangy taste achieved. The soup gets even better once you have the ingredients at a brew especially from seafood items like prawns, crabs and shellfish. The sauce for dipping is also worth a mention because it is very good, a blend of chili and lots of other ingredients which were both spicy and sweet.
