Memphis Bistro is a place where the steak is very well cooked. When you ask for medium cooked steak, you get exactly that. I love the Sirloin with Goose Liver which tasted really moist with the juices rushing out with every bite. I could taste the fresh texture of the meat and really liked the goose liver paired with it. The liver gave it a cheesy texture and really creamy too. And their side dishes of sauteed mushrooms and vegetables are equally well done with a soft texture. Taste wise,
