The thing with chowders is they are supposed to be creamy. But the seafood chowder at Memphis really amazed me. It was not only creamy but also tasted like a dessert with a thick consistency and cheesy taste. There were generous amount of diced seafood in the chowder like squid, clams and crabstick and the chowder has a savoury mildly salty taste. It was really too heavy for me and is actually good enough for a light meal.
