Becks ordered the Pumpkin Salad during her last visit at Serai. This salad is quite special, they first roast the pumpkin till it's soft and tender, then they add in chickpeas, cube tomatoes, wild rocket, cube portobello mushrooms and chopped walnuts. The pumpkin is really warm and soft, it had a great smooth feeling and aroma. love the crunchy walnuts and the honey lemon dressing just blends everything so well.The one thing about this, i could suggest, its a bit too oily when u are finishing th

But for taste wise, it is great!
