We had heard a lot about Suchan's Pavlova, so we were eager to give it a try. Alas, I wasn't very happy because the meringue shells were too chewy, and didn't melt in my mouth. The strawberries on top were sweet though, same with the cream inside the cake.For our other slice, we chose the Mascarpone Cheese which thankfully, was more satisfying. This was rich and silkily textured with chocolate bits embedded in the smooth cheese. It was sweet, but I thought it could have been a lot sweeter. Howev
