Another highly recommended dish here is the Claypot Prawn Curry with Glass Noodle. The curry is not the heavy type, rather it is a lighter more diluted version and just slightly spicy. The curry is smooth with a milky texture but it wasn't from coconut milk. Use of curry leaves added lots of flavour to it. The curry has a heady taste from wine liquor as well as the prawns which gave it a sweet deep taste. And the glass noodles really absorbs the curry gravy well and it just slides over each
