Suki-Ya is famed for its Sukiyaki and Shabu Shabu, meaning that we can eat all we want from the hot pot and the sizzling hot cooking plate. For the meat, I grill it so that it can turn out heavier in saltiness but overall it is very flavourful when accompanied with some soup too.
