Suki-Ya is famed for its Sukiyaki and Shabu Shabu, meaning that we can eat all we want from the hot pot and the sizzling hot cooking plate. The place is clean and cooling, unlike other steamboats I have tried. The Japanese soup base is rather light, and healthier in a way that it is full of seaweed. I love putting more corns and vegetables into it to enhance its sweetness. The sushi there is freshly made, and the taste of vinegar is rather light in the rice. I prefer those with heavier notes. For

For the meat, I grill it so that it can turn out heavier in saltiness but overall it is very flavourful when accompanied with some soup too.
