The sizzling plate makes the flavour more intense as the spices’ fragrance filled the air at the table. The lamb cutlets are tender and juicy. Most of all, it came without the gamy taste. They are flavourful with a good combination of spiciness and herbs’ fragrance. Wrap it with the naan provided for a combination with soft fluffy bread and tender flavourful meat. This is the best dish I’ve eaten there so far. Also, I liked that there are some vegetables such as lady fingers and long beans with belacan on the sizzling plate too. At least they provide fibre as opposed to all meat. They’re spicy and full of kick when eaten hot!
