Coffee Chemistry Signature is very famous at First Subang Mall. I have a simple lunch there. My carbonara turns out not so creamy, but the sauce is very smooth and cheesy. I love the meat on it which adds deeper salty flavours to the plate of pasta. The portion is quite huge, and they are generous in putting more meat and vege in it. The noodle itself is slightly sweet, springy and good to add with some pepper to give better taste.
