I'm not familiar with Great Eastern Mall but I have been an avid supporter of the best bakery in town, The Loaf. Not only the bread and pastry are great, their coffee is very unique and delicious too! The Loaf Cube -60°C @ RM11.00Pastries go best with coffee. The Espresso cubes are frozen to -60°C in a special deep freezer and served in a glass. Then I pour some hot milk into it so that they blend together. The Loaf Cube -60°C @ RM11.00Pastries go best with coffee. The Espresso cubes are frozen to -60°C in a special deep freezer and served in a glass. Then I pour some hot milk into it so that they blend together. As it slowly dissolves in the milk, I taste the richness in this unique brewed coffee. The espresso is not overly bitter but good enough to reveal the sweet aroma with the milk. Very comfortable to have this warm glass of caffeine.
