schnitzel is actually beef which cut into very thin slice, dip in egg sauce and bread crunch then fried into golden color. It is important that the chef able to cut it into perfect and balance thin slice.
The pie is unexpected huge! and this is very special! It is the first time I see this kind of pie!
it is actually a few row of beef puff, rolled together and become a round pie. from the cutting you can see the layer of beef and puff. Yummy!I will definitely come back for lunch or high tea next time! =D
