I was very disappointed with all these dim sums as it was just beyond my imagination! Terriblee....The filling of char siew was so pathetically scanty that it was just not worth the money. The rice roll was rough and tasteless. Worse than eating normal chee cheong fun.The fillings was visible, which was a good indication. As much as I thought it would be at least salty, it was not salty at all. In fact, it seemed to me the chef forgot about the salt.
