The skin of salad prawn was alittle tough but crispy enough. The prawns weren't very fresh but at least it did not taste gamey. The siew mai was not spectacular. Flavor wise, it was alright. Texture wise, it was normal. The use of fish roe on siew mai was purely decorative without contributing to the dish.As far as yam puff goes, I did enjoy the crispy yam skin very much but the filling was not flavorful at all. Without soy sauce, it was dull.
