Durian Snow IceTong Pak Fu is a Hong Kong style desset restaurant which served many different kind of dessert. This is durian snow ice. The snow ice is very silky and soft with is durian flavour. The ice melting fast so it is very good feel when put the ice inside your mouth. There is conflake and some jelly with the snow ice. The conflake is crispy. This dessert is in very strong and heavy taste of durian. It is really cooling dessert in hot weather.
