Value Set (Fish Fillet)Popeye is a fast food restaurant which is similar with KCF. The food served here is very nice but a bit pricey. This set is fish fillet come with 1 side dishes and two scope of rice. The fish is big portion and very crispy. It is fresh and did not have the smelly taste from the fish.
