Signature fried porkFu Gua Thong Restaurant is famous of bitter gourd soup with many choice of side dishes. This is their signature side dish- Deep Fried pork slide. The pork fried till crispy and i like the burn taste because it made the pork slide more delicious and smell nicer. The pork is 5 marinated with their special sauce for hours, so that the meat is absorb the flavour in very balance. Overall, it is very delicious and nice combination with the bitter gourd soup.
