stir vegetable This is a Chinese restaurant served many choices of stir and fried dishes. This is the vegetables which the Chinese name as 菜胆. The portion is quite big. The vegetables is very fresh and the colour is very green. It cooked with garlic, the taste is light and freshness. The vegetable is in very small pieces and thick but still and very nice feel to eat. Overall, The taste is light, fresh, sweet and not oily, it is very delicious.
