This is Lemon fried chicken which known as 柠檬鸡 in Chinese. The chicken is fried till very crispy and crunchy. The chicken is tender and moist, soft to bite. The lemon sauce is come with chicken. The sauce is sour but not very sour. It is sticky and tasty. Overall, the portion is big and it is very delicious.
