One of the items in the buffet selections was the Lychee Pudding. It was prepared in small shot glasses with the pudding filling half the glass. A lychee fruit piece and sprig of leaf was the garnish. The lychee was the only giveaway that it is a lychee pudding as the color of the pudding was light mauve. It looks quite nice and taste smooth. It was not too sweet and quite refreshing. But I always preferred puddings which are creamier in texture. The one served here tastes like jelly so i
