This is the hokkaido ichiba at the gardens mall.This is the first time i went to this hokkaido ichiba after their opening in one utama.Hokkaido Ichiba is a new japanese restaurant at One Utama Shopping Centre.This is the smoked salmon sushi.This is very nice too.The smoked salmon is so thick and taste so aromatic after they smoked it.It taste so juicy and still fresh.The meat is so tender.The size of the smoked salmon is so big and fully covered the whole japanese rice.Look so tempting and the b
