美味又健康的沙拉!早餐就吃沙拉!5道简易沙拉食谱

沙拉一直都是健康食品的代表之一,它不只健康,还能有减肥的功效!在减肥的朋友们,都会在减肥期间吃上一道沙拉。它可以很复杂很费时,但也可以很简易不费时。小编为大家整理了简易的沙拉食谱,让上早班的上班族们不费时地做沙拉当早餐或午餐。


1. 肉碎沙拉|Minced Meat Salad

材料A(拌匀):
猪肉碎 300克|糖 适量|胡椒粉 适量
Ingredients A (Mixed well):
300g minced meat| some sugar| some pepper

材料B(拌匀):
香茅(切片)2支|红葱头(切片)4粒|指天椒(剁碎) 5条|芫荽叶(切丝)2棵|桔仔汁 3汤匙|鱼露 2汤匙|糖 1汤匙
Ingredients B (Mixed well):
2 stalks lemongrass, sliced| 4 shallots, sliced| 5 bird’s eye chillies, chopped|2 stalks coriander leaves, shredded| 3 tbsp calamansi juice| 2 tbsp fish sauce |1 tbsp sugar

做法:
1. 猪肉碎加入糖和胡椒粉拌匀,然后放入不粘锅内(免油)干炒至熟透。
2. 材料B加入猪肉碎内拌匀即可。可配生菜一起食用。
Method:
1. Combine minced meat, sugar and pepper, and stir-fry them in a non-stick pan (without oil) until dried and cooked. 
2. Add Ingredients B into minced meat and stir until well combined. May be served with fresh lettuce leaves. 


2. 豆腐沙拉饼|Tofu Salad Bruschetta

材料 (A):
小圆饼干或面包 适量|樱桃茄 6-8粒(切半)|西洋芫荽 2支
Ingredients (A):
Some round biscuit or bread|6-8 pcs cherry tomato (halve)|2 stalk parsley

材料 (B):
嫩豆腐 1块|素火腿 50克|嫩包菜 50克|沙拉酱 100克
Ingredients (B):
1 block soft tofu| 50g mock ham| 50g cabbage| 100g salad dressing

做法:
1. 把嫩豆腐先蒸热,然后压成泥,用布把水分拧干。
2. 素火腿切丝,略煎香;包菜切丝,然后把全部材料B拌匀,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟,再取出使用。
3. 将豆腐沙拉用汤匙舀起,放置于小饼干上,加上小樱桃和西洋芫荽装饰。
Method:
1. Steam tofu and then mash it, squeeze out excessive water.
2. Juliennes mock ham and sear until fragrant; juliennes cabbage and mixes with all ingredients B, chill in fridge for 30 minutes. 
3. Spoon tofu salad onto biscuit, top with halved cherry tomato and some parsley, done.


4. 五香鸡肉沙拉|5 Spice Chicken Salad

材料:
2 汤匙特级初榨橄榄油, 分次|1汤匙 五香粉|1 茶匙碘化食盐,分次|1 茶匙现磨胡椒粉|400克无骨,去皮鸡胸肉| 3 粒 柳橙|50克 混合沙拉菜|1 红灯笼椒,切成细条|1个大洋葱,切成薄片|3 汤匙醋|1汤匙芥末
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, divided| 1 tablespoon five-spice powder| 2 teaspoon iodized salt, divided| 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper, plus more to taste| 400gm boneless, skinless Chicken breasts, trimmed| 3 oranges|500g mixed salad| 1 red capsicum, cut into thin strips| 1 big onion, thinly sliced| 3 tablespoon cider vinegar| 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 

做法:
1. 将油、五香粉、盐和胡椒放入小碗里。将混合体涂上鸡胸上。
2. 将鸡胸放入无油空气炸锅里和煮大概15分钟,煮7分钟后再翻另一面煮大概7分钟或是颜色均匀即可。把鸡胸肉拿起放在切板上,待温后再切块。
3. 同时,将柳橙去皮和分为两份后分别榨成汁。加入混合沙拉菜、灯笼椒和洋葱。将剩余的柳橙也榨成汁,倒在另一个碗中,然后加入醋、芥末、油、盐和胡椒粉,然后倒入沙拉中,搅拌均匀。把鸡胸切成柳后加入沙拉中就可享用了。
Method:
1.Combine oil, five-spice powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the mixture into both sides of the chicken breasts.
2.Place chicken breast in Oil-Less Fryer and let it cook for 15 minutes, turn it over after the first 7 minutes to get an even color on both side of the chicken breast. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board; let rest for 5 minutes.
3.Meanwhile, peel and segment two of the oranges, collecting segments and any juice in a large bowl. Discard membranes, pith and skin. Add the mixed salad, capsicum and onion to the bowl. Zest and juice the remaining orange. Place the zest and juice in a small bowl, whisk in vinegar, mustard, the remaining teaspoons oil, remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss to combine. Slice the chicken and serve on the salad.


4. 牛油果虾沙拉|Avocado Prawn Salad 

材料:
中虾 2只|海盐 少许|牛油果肉 1/2粒
Ingredients:
2 pieces medium size prawn| Some sea salt| 1/2 piece avocado flesh

蛋黄醋酱材料:
蛋黄 2粒|有机绵冰糖 2茶匙|味醂 4茶匙|米醋 4茶匙|海盐 1/4 茶匙
Egg Yolk Vinegar Dressing Ingredients:
2 pieces egg yolk| 2 tsp organic fine rock sugar| 4 tsp mirin| 4 tsp rice vinegar| 1/4 tsp sea salt

做法:
1. 虾洗净,用牙签挑去肠泥,放入热水中,加入少许海盐,然后烫熟。取出后冲水至冷,去壳待用。
2. 牛油果切半,取肉,切条状。
3.  将所有蛋黄醋酱材料拌匀,隔热水搅煮至浓稠即可。
4. 碗中摆上虾和牛油果,再淋上蛋黄醋酱。
Method:
1.Rinse and devein prawns with a toothpick. Place the prawn in hot water, add some sea salt and scald till cooked. Remove its shell and rinse.
2.Cut avocado into halves. Scoop out flesh and cut into strips.
3.Mix all ingredients of the egg yolk vinegar dressing and double-boil over hot water. Stir till it is thickened.
4.Place prawn and avocado into a bowl, pour over egg yolk vinegar dressing.


6. 水果沙拉虾|Fruit Salad Prawn

材料:
大虾 500克|青红苹果和雪梨各 1/2粒|西瓜、芒果、木瓜、蜜瓜、西瓜及黄梨各 80克
Ingredients:
500g big prawns|1/2 each of green, red apple & pear|80g each of mango, papaya, honey dew melon, watermelon
& pineapple

调味:
美乃滋适量
Seasonings:
Some mayonnaise

做法:
1. 将所有的水果洗净后分别切丁备用。
2. 把大虾剪须去肠后洗净,烫熟捞起。
3. 然后把虾身的壳剥除,保留虾头和虾尾。
4. 取篮子把水果粒混合排好,再把烫熟的虾仁排围在水果上。
5. 食用时淋上美乃滋即可。
Method:
1. Wash and dice all fruits. 
2. Trim prawns, devein and blanch in boiling water until cooked, drain and let cool. 
3. Shell the prawns but keep head and tails intact. 
4. Mixes all fruit cubes in a basket, top with cooked prawns. 
5. Pour mayonnaise over to serve.
