Believe it or not, with 1 pack lamb shoulder chop/chicken, you can create 5 types of simple and delicious dishes. 


1原汁原味 Original flavour 

材料:
MYRINADE 羊肩排| 樱桃番茄 | 生菜 | 薄荷

Ingredient
MYRINADE lamb shoulder| cherry tomatoes | lettuce | mints

做法:
1. 中火煎羊肩排,约6至8分钟,熟度依个人喜好。
2. 搭配生菜、樱桃番茄与薄荷,无须酱料,因为羊肩排已非常入味。

Method:
1. Pan-fried lamb shoulder chop with medium heat,about 6 – 8 minutes
2. Plate and serve with cherry tomatoes and lettuce, garnish with mints. No sauce needed, as the lamb shoulder chop is well marinated.


2 越南羊肉卷 Vietnamese Spring Rolls with lamb 

材料:
MYRINADE 羊肩排| 8张越南米纸| 1条青瓜| 1条红辣椒| 1颗灯笼椒|芫茜一把|薄荷少许

Ingredient
MYRINADE lamb shoulder|8 pieces rice paper| 1 cucumber| 1 red chilli |1 bell pepper| coriander |mint 

做法:
1. 羊肩排,取肉,切丁,快炒,备用。
2. 青瓜、红辣椒、灯笼椒切丝,备用。
3. 米纸水里滚一圈
4. 米纸末端放上青瓜、红辣椒、灯笼椒丝、羊肉丁、芫茜与薄荷
5. 用手紧紧的把米纸包住向上卷,两头向内折起,完成。

Method:
1. Dice the lamb shoulder into cubes, stir-fried, keep cold and ready for wrapping.  
2. Slice the cucumber, red chilli and bell pepper.
3. Dip one wrapper into the hot water for 1 second to soften. Lay wrapper flat. In a row across the center, place all the ingredients. 
4. Fold uncovered sides inward, and then tightly roll the wrapper, done. 

3 香烤法式面包Toasted Baguette with cheese and chicken 

材料:
MYRINADE 无骨鸡腿肉|法式面包|牛油|蕃茄膏|1颗灯笼椒|10颗樱桃番茄|mozzarella干酪

Ingredient
MYRINADE chicken boneless whole leg|1baguette| butter| tomato paste|1 bell pepper| 10 cherry tomatoes| mozzarella cheese

做法:
1. 无骨鸡腿肉,取肉,切丁,快炒,备用。
2. 法式面包,切片,备用。灯笼椒切粒
3. 法式面涂上牛油,随着涂上番茄膏,放上鸡肉丁与灯笼椒,铺上mozzarella干酪
4. 预热烤炉,把面包放入烤炉,10-15分钟,190度。

Method:
1. Dice the chicken, stir-fried, keep cold.
2. Slice the baguette, as well the lantern pepper. 
3. Spread butter on baguette, follow tomato paste, chicken and lantern pepper. Top with mozzarella cheese.
4. Pre-heat oven, then baked the baguettes for 10-15 min, 190C. 

4 鸡肉炒面 Fried noodles with chicken 

材料:
MYRINADE 无骨鸡腿肉|干面|1颗洋葱|1包鲍鱼菇|1颗灯笼椒|葱末|芫茜

Ingredient
MYRINADE chicken boneless whole leg|dry noodle|1 onion|1pack of grey mushroom |1 bell pepper |spring onion | coriander

做法:
1. 无骨鸡腿肉,取肉,切片,备用。洋葱、鲍鱼菇与灯笼椒切片。
2. 热锅煮面,3分钟即可,过冷河。
3. 热锅,炒香洋葱,加入鸡肉与鲍鱼菇。然后加入MYRINADE 无骨鸡腿肉内的研制酱料。快炒,加入灯笼椒、葱末与面条,上色后即可。
4. 盛盘,撒上芫茜即可。

Method:
1. Slice the chicken, as well the onion, grey mushroom and lantern pepper.
2. Boiling water, cook noodle for 3 minutes, drain with cold water。
3. Heat the pan, stir fried onion, follow by chicken slice and grey mushroom, and add in the gravy of the “MYRINADE chicken boneless whole leg” marinade source. Then add in lantern pepper, spring onion and noodle.
4. Plate and serve, garnish with coriander.


5 云吞杯羊肉粒Lamb serve with baked wantan cup 

材料:
MYRINADE 羊肩排| 云吞皮| 生菜|樱桃番茄|食油

Ingredient
MYRINADE lamb shoulder|wantan wraps| lettuce| cherry tomatoes |cooking oil

做法:
1. 云吞皮涂上薄油,放入烤盘,叠2至3篇。
2. 预热烤香,烤3至5分钟,180度
3. 羊肩排,取肉,切丁,快炒,备用。
4. 把羊肉丁、樱桃番茄与生菜盛在烤好的云吞杯上即可。

Method:
1. Spread thin layer of oil on wantan wraps, place 2 to 3 layers on muffin tin
2. Pre-heat oven, then baked the wantan wraps for 3-5 min, 180C. 
3. Dice the lamb shoulder into cubes, stir-fried, keep cold.
4. Serve the wantan cup with lamb, cherry tomatoes and lettuce.
