Laksa Boy, such a cute name right? hehe. Yup, asam laksa is their signature food as the name implies but they do have different types of Nasi Lemak, Fried Noodles, Roti Bakar, hot desserts, ice cold snow flake and the local ABC. They have all their menu on the menu board and on the paper menu as well. There are spacious seatings. This is the basic version of Nasi lemak. There are different choices to add on such as Fried chicken, fried fish, curry chicken, prawns and eggs at different price ranges. The specialty, Asam laksa. The laksa soup was good to my liking and the soup was quite rich with the fish flakes. However, my sister tought that it was lack of something but she couldn't tell what it lacks of. haha.I like their spring roll. Crispy crust, crunchy texture and the overall was not too oily. I think this is a must-order when you visit to Laksa Boy. Ais Kacang Merah is very common in everywhere but it is quite hard to find Ais Kacang Hijau. The Ais Kacang Hijau was completed with the sprinkles of peanuts, corns and herbal jelly (leong fun). It tasted good and I would prefer this than the common Ais Kacang Merah.

Late night after movie, want to find a place to hangout, but don't feel like fast food or mamak.

This place opening hours till 12am, but they have a policy of no closing till all customer is back.

Even arriving at nearly 12am or pass midnight, as long as the sign says its Open, they welcome customers with a smile as if they are not closing any time soon.

Place is not exactly design with fancy design or special theme, but definetly equipped with comfy cosy setting, tables and chairs deffinetly cater for big crowd instead of small table that 3 adults will consider too cram to sit together.

The coffee doesn't have any cool looking latte art, but the taste and the generous amount served in each serving deffinetly worth more than you pay.

The variety of choices for coffee lover and non coffee lover, there is something for everyone.

Deffinetly an awesome place to chill, especially during late night when the mood of cooling place to chill is on and not in the mood for fast food.

Fancy a smooth and thick ice-blended red bean?

Near the Sungai Petani bus terminal is a stall that serves pure, concentrated red bean, ice blended, topped with milo powder. 

In a hot weather, this is just perfect to cool down the senses. Unlike other ice-blended drinks, this red bean drink is so concentrated and creamy it's more like a smoothie.

Better than ais-kacang, it costs only RM1.80.

The lady is also very friendly.

I love the taste of Chicken soup offered here.... The taste is just nice, we can either enjoy it with any meehoon, mee, rice or just having the soup like that. They served it fresh and hot. I love both the aroma and the taste. The price range are also affordable.. 😉😉😉 Besides, i would also recommend their settings and also environment. It is so cool

This restaurants offers variety kinds of malaysian dishes and signature. All the food prices here can be said as affordable. It depends on an individual budget. However, personally i do satisfy with the food taste, service, environment and also prices. The menu that i like the most is Chicken soup. It is so special because they provide such a very big portion of chicken's sizes. Besides, there are also other ingredients such as potato and also vegetables.😍😍😍

The most dishes that i like the most here are the variety of Malay traditional kuih muih. The taste is so great with its perfect great looking. Besides, the range of prices offers are so affordable. Rather than the great taste of food, they also offer a very good services... I will definitely recommend people to try all the food range here😉 The taste of the kuih muih is just great. It have the mix of sugar, milk and also some coconut.......

Orkid Ria is one of the many seafood restaurants located along Pantai Cenang and like all of them quite pricy. However one thing you can guarentee is at least it is worth the price when it comes to taste and quality. Service is friendly and fast. They get busy but turnover is quick. There is a good menu to help folks decide on what they want.
We had the most yummy fried fish and tom yam. Their spicy cabbage is also worth a try. The sizzling beef and mussels are okay. Similar to most Chinese restaurants. This place seem to have a mix of Thai and Chinese influence so expect sweet, sour and spicy flavours.

From afar it looks like a old shack however when you venture in its full of surprises. Its an open wooden type structure with a bar, wooden tables and chairs. Strung all along the walls are signed jerseys of various sport clubs (football, rugby, etc). The wooden structure from the pillars to the ceiling are all filled with messages and signatures of patrons who have visited the place. Very charming and cozy.
The menu has local and western spreads focusing on breakfast. Price wise it would be about average. Not pricy like most along the street but not cheap like the local stalls. Quality is good and service is great. I would highly recommend the Rolled Beef Omelette & Farmer's Plate! Simply delish washed down with a good cup of coffee.

Nasi Lemak is not bad! Can give it a try! There are other food stalls in the restoran as well, seem pretty interesting. I saw roti canai stall -- which would be my next try. Hehe.... 

Service is good. They keep asking me if I've ordered my drink. People here are very nice. =D

The food which is bak kut teh (or pork ribs with tea) consists of pork meat, liver, intestines. stomach and other innards (or spare parts as it is commonly refered to).
Favorite Dish: The stall sells bak kut teh and claypot curry prawn. According to bak kut teh lovers, they insist that the bak kut teh at Kim Kee is special because of the richness of its ingredients, the freshness of the meat and the smoothness of the Kedah-grown rice. Furthermore, the claypot curry prawn very delicious and really worth to try.

Lunas is small town located in Kedah and famous for its Roast Duck, the biggest player here definitely is Tan Kee Roast Duck as it house in 3 shop lots which is quite amazing for just selling Roast Duck.

Sadly, the chili sauce is just not up to standard, it don’t have the strong chili sauce flavor but it doesn’t matter as we order Plum Sauce Duck which is favorable and tasty.
I need to mention about the portion, at first we order portion for 3 person but when it serve we are surprise and we did actually request to change to portion of 2 person.

I would say that the best lunch buffet I even had in Langkawi would be here! The view of the infinity pool is also as great as the food. At last somewhere where the food is as good! 

There is a range of Thai food like som tam, papaya salad, seafood glass noodle salad, mango salad, tom yam soup and even green curry sea bass. I would say the star item is the green curry sea bass is the star item as it was very spicy and the fish was very tender. The brinjals were a tad hard and uncooked though. 

The papaya salad was also delicious and spicy enough. 

It is strange that the fact that the guests are mostly caucasians and some of the employees are Caucasians, that they have such spicy food for a lunch buffet. Anyway, this is great news to me. 

The dessert - fruit tarts were tasty. The tiramisu with white chocolate sticks served in a cup was very sinful and superb. Suitable for any chocolate lover. The peach tart is not bad too. 

Strangely, I found myself liking the pumpkin sago bubur which was quite unique and tasty. At first, I squirmed when I saw this item on the menu. 

Four Point Sheraton has an amazing view. A very breathtaking and pictureque scene of the wide sea that looks without a horizon with an infinity looking pool greets us when we reached Langkawi, just 5 minutes after arrival at the airport. The Eatery Restaurant at this hotel has  ceiling to floor glass so that diners feel fuller when dining here. 

We had a lunch buffet specially catered for us. The winning item is definitely the seafood chowder with fresh wheat french loaf. It was so tasty that I had two bowls of it, one thing that I seldom do with fattening and creamy western style soup. I admitted I digged out all the mussels, fish and prawns inside! 

The lamb/steak was not bad, and not too oily and quite tasty. 

The cakes are just ok, though they do look too whitish. I would prefer the puddings.
