Ginger wine pork

Not many people can take the taste of the ginger wine, but luckily for me, all my family members like the taste of that. so when i ordered the ginger wine pork from Restoran Ek Kia, it was absolutely well received. the pork was cooked perfectly, the meat was very tender and succulent. it had absolutely absorbed the delicious flavours of the ginger wine gravy. when eaten with rice, it was really delicious.
