I could not decide when to eat from Restoran Hong Guan so i finally settled on their Chicken rice with bitter gourd. it was really good. the chicken was so tender and succulent, it was cooked perfectly cos overcooking can cause the meat to taste tough and dry. the bitter gourd was my favourite part of the dish, it was not bitter at all, which is not surprising cos for bitter gourd dishes, the chef will remove the bitterness from the bitter gourd before serving to you. it was simply delicious and
