I am appalled at just how bad the service at this stall is. I ordered two cups of Oolong Green MILK tea for this older stall assistant. they took really LONG to prepare my drinks. and when they served me my drinks, it was Oolong Grean tea, no milk. when i told the young girl that handed me the drink, she turned around and told the older woman(the one that took my order) that my drink was wrong. I am appalled at just how bad the service at this stall is. Instead of apologising for giving me the wrong drink, she raised her voice and insisted I ordered Oolong Green Tea. i repeated that I ordered with milk, after which she ROLLED HER EYES at me and turned her back. WHAT AWFUL SERVICE! SO RUDE!!

even the younger girl felt EMBARRASSED by her colleagues POOR SERVICE ATTITUDE and RUDE BEHAVIOUR and she repeatedly apologise to us. Not being able to put up with that staff's NONSENSE AND RUDENESS, we took the wrong drinks and left. It did not taste nice at all, dunno was it our mood affected the taste or just that the drink was bitter. we only drink like one quarter and threw it away. it is like RM4.90 x 2 = RM9.80 wasted!

I had many occurrences at other bubble tea stalls where the staff made wrong drinks, they KINDLY OFFERED to REMAKE THE DRINK with a SMILE and some even GAVE US THE WRONG DRINK as a TOKEN OF APOLOGY.

a note to the rude staff, YOU ARE WORKING IN THE SERVICE LINE, IT IS YOUR DUTY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE!
