Tau Sa PiaMy brother got this for us to try when he was travelling outstation on work purpose. It’s actually ‘tau sa pai’ which isn’t the usual shape that I have in Penang, and that got me perplexed. Even so, after giving it a bite, it’s actually quite good and fresh. The bean filling is fine and powdery, which I enjoy in any ‘tau sa pia’ confectionary. It’s flaky on the outside and does make a simple afternoon snack. Anyway, I still think that its rectangular shape is still bit funny, hehe.
