Terms and Conditions:

1. Each table entitle to get 1 set only.
2. Promotion is available on weekdays: 12-3pm, 6-11pm; except weekends.
3. 2 day reservation is required.
4. The promotional period is from 20 October 2017 to 19 November 2017, both dates inclusive (unless otherwise specified).
5. Coupon is applicable per single transaction only.
6. This promotion applies to Patrons presenting printed or e-coupon issued by Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and OpenRice.
7. The offers shall be terminated immediately upon closure of the outlets or business shutdown.
8. In case of renovation in any of the outlets of the participating merchants, no offers will be available.
9. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash/service, other products or discounts. The offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers and discounted items/programmes (unless otherwise specified).
10. All photos displayed are for reference only.
11. The promotion is governed by these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the respective participating merchants. HKTDC and the respective participating merchants reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions and to terminate this promotion at any time without any prior notice.
12. The promotional food and beverage items are available while stock lasts and subject to availability or change without prior notice.
13. In case of any disputes arising out of this promotion, the decision of HKTDC and/or Tak Fok Hong Kong seafood shall be final and conclusive.
14. These terms and conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
15. These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Malaysia.
